Question / Help Bit rate dropping during stream

While i was streaming I noticed that i was dropping a lot of frames I am very new to streaming and don't know too much about what I should change or anything like that my friend helped me a bit but he didn't know how else to help?

Try lowering the bitrate a little, say from your current 3500 to 3250
