I am in SO over my head. I'll try and break this down - if anyone wants to help, I'm willing to pay for some consulting or any help!!

- MacOS Catalina 10.15.6 with OBS 25.0.08

We are running a virtual bingo night for about 1,000 people on Zoom.

- GoPro used as WebCam/VirtualCam
- 2 bingo hosts, both need to hear computer audio through bluetooth ear buds (1 bud each from the same set) and both have lapel mics (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0872KXGMG/) that need to be fed to Zoom as the mic input.
- 1 zoom/laptop host needs to hear Computer + Zoom audio through airpods (not sure what the best set up is here and want to prevent feedback etc.)
- I have VB audio cables but I'm super confused about setting up these multiple feeds.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

Attached is a diagram that probably only makes sense to me lol but just in case...

I'm not sure what your specific audio setup looks like, but I'd recommend checking out some YouTube tutorials on how to set up multiple audio sources in OBS.

I'm not sure what your specific audio setup looks like, but I'd recommend checking out some YouTube tutorials on how to set up multiple audio sources in OBS. There are also some great online forums where you can ask for help and advice, like the OBS Project forums. And don't worry about paying for consulting - there are plenty of helpful folks out there who are happy to lend a hand for free. Just keep in mind that audio setups can be complex, so it might take some trial and error to get things working smoothly. Good luck with your virtual bingo night! Who knows, maybe it'll be so successful that you'll be able to fundraise for some iOS games for real money for your non-profit.
