BIG problem with alerts.

Hello

I have been having problems with alerts for a while now. Essentially, when I do a test or when someone does a sub, follow or whatever, I see the chosen video and hear the audio, but the viewers don't. I have also reviewed VODs on Twitch but even there the video is seen but not heard. How can I solve this? I noticed that I have the same problem with Tangia as well. When someone uses channel points for a video or whatever, you see the video but can't hear the audio.

Sorry to answer you now but I have been really so busy. Anyway this evening I tried editing what you told me and everything works, thank you very much! :)

Now I have another problem though. Basically with some games the webcam goes jerky, weird, like it goes 3-4 FPS. The strange thing is that it doesn't happen with all games but only some. I would like to point out that the webcam is 1080p 60FPS. How can I do to solve it?
