Question / Help Big FPS drops in 10 years old game

Hi i play Call of Duty 4 (Promod) and usually i play with normal 250 FPS (max) but after the latest update it drops down to 100-200 and its lagging like hell.... D:

Other games included..:/

( in the normal OBS i can stream easily on the same settings..)

i changed the OBS Version two times... but it doesn't work.


2700 Bitrate with 48 FPS
GTX 1080
i7 4770k
16 gb RAM

Enable vsync or limit the game's frame rate.

where can i find vsync ?

i need 250 fps... that's important :)
