Hi there!
my bigest problem ATM is huge usage of cpu couse when i try to record for test quality (testing best setup for streaming)
i get drops of fps in game normalny when i play cs:go i have someting about 300fps max drops to 270 i guess.
But when i use obs with quicsync some times i gets drops to 100 is terrible to play
Im writing it couse i didint see a big difference between x264 and quicksync

Second problem is bit rate im using LA_ICQ 23 / 40 with that i have over 9k bitrate looks great but not allowed by twitch
so i used enforce for streaming service and now i have only 2500bitrate is any option to get something like 3500?

and BTW anyone have crashed obs by noise suppres plugin ?
my pc :
Intel Core i5-4690K @4.4Ghz
MSI z97-G43
Sapphire R9 390 nitro
HyperX Savage 2x4GB 2400MHz
SSD HyperX Savage 240GB

at the beginning i was use CBR but im my feeling i get bigger fps drop just game was not smooth.
Maybe im doing something wrong? Kind of importan setting for Quick sync or something?

First, I'd like to say you got a sweet computer. :D

I can't guarantee I'll be able to fix your problem, but I'll do my best to help. :)

When NOT streaming, what is your CPU usage when playing CS:GO? (Is any other program using a lot of CPU?)
What are your audio settings? (Both in the "Audio" section in Settings and the "Audio" tab in Output)
Does this lag happen as soon as you start your stream, or does it happen after some time of streaming?

Where did you get the noise suppress plugin? As far as I know, the only plugins that work for OBS Studio are here: https://obsproject.com/forum/list/obs-studio-plugins.35/
I don't think any plugins meant for the original OBS will work with Studio since Studio is a complete rewrite (someone please correct me if I'm wrong).

Also, try AMD Video Coding Engine instead of quicksync and see if it works any better.

@Commander Matt
First Thank you ;)
im so suprised couse usualy with out stream i have someting around 60% cpu usage on all cores but somtimes is hard jumping to 90% O_o i'm checking whats is wrong with this game ATM (temps are ok around 55C-60C)
Audio tabs screens attached.

is not lags im just getting fps drops from 200 to 90 is terrible on 144hz screen and is happen all the time when i launch OBS

i was maked test stream today its not bad but i can feel some times drops to 110fps but quality is not great ATM couse only 2500bit rate target Quality profile high

im using this mic dsp https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/mic-dsp-note-merged-in-obs-studio-0-16-0.51596/
ATM turned off i have another settings to have good sound without noise

I was tried AMD encoding same story or worst quality and bigger fps drops

And mb that helps i just have turned on obs without recording or streaming just have cam and usage of cores is about 20-30 when i turned off i got 0-5% of usage when writing this post

Hey ozzy, I'm super sorry! I've been caught up with school starting, and forgot to check back. Sorry!
Let me read your posts/look at your screenshots, then I'll write up a reply.

First thing I noticed was that you said the temps were around 55-60C (For CPU, right?)
I don't know about Intel, but I know AMD CPUs really slow themselves down if they hit 60C to prevent damage to themselves.
Are you on Windows 10? If you are, go to Task Manager and watch the "performance" tab to see if the Speed drops/changes when the FPS drops (while streaming/recording)

Can you post a screenshot of "Advanced"?

Do your normal FPS drops ever go back to your normal 300 in CS:GO, or does the FPS stay at 270?

Lastly, do you have MSI afterburner (or any GPU overclocking/monitoring software)? If you do, make sure your GPU isn't overheating, and also check to see if your fan is on. It often happens to me that my GPU's fan turns off/does not get faster to keep the GPU cool.

Your sound settings look good, but try setting track 1 from 192 to 160, just to see if it helps. It's worth a shot. :)

Again, I'm very very very sorry I'm so late in replying.
