Bug Report BF1 FPS Drop With OBS Open 18.0.2 64 bit

I recently updated OBS to 18.0.2. It appears to be functioning fine with all my games except BF1. When I simply have OBS open, I experience and FPS reduction or in game choppiness. Attempting to switch capture modes seems to not remedy the issue.
