Best way to record OBS in my Low End PC

So pretty much I don't know much about fixing my settings for OBS. I've been planning on recording games don't have much high quality or games that you can change the quality to low so I can get the experience better. Maybe like Roblox or card games like PTCG Online or Hearthstone, or any other games I can find that can be perfect. I tested the OBS recording with Roblox now while I was playing it I did not have as much lag where it can affect the frame rate, I also setted the recording quality low on OBS just in case. When I went over the recording the frame rates were slow and made the gameplay laggy but my audio was fine. I just need any suggestions if I am able to record with my PC and if I can how can I fix the settings to make the recording atleast visible. I dont intend to have high quality on the games or on the video I would atleast like the recording to be visible in 480p.

Run OBS as Administrator
Your rather thin on resources on your PC Did you run the auto configurator
You might find it too weak to do what you want
