Question / Help Best way to do live Skype Q&A + insert footage/stills?

Hi guys, I'm very new to the idea of OBS and would like to know if it can do this. If so, please briefly bullet point how for a n00b :-)

1. I want to do a live YouTube Q&A with someone on Skype
2. I'd like the vision to automatically switch to full frame of whoever is talking (like Hangouts can)
3. I'd also like to have a list of pre-prepared stills and videos that I want to drop into the live stream and play/show
4. I want to see questions for the Q&A on the live stream window too

#1 Possible, but not trivial. Install OBS with the OBS-NDI plugin and activate NDI in Skype.

#2 Not currently possible by any method I'm aware of.

#3 You can build other scenes in OBS that contain images or media sources and switch to them, either using the Scene pane or hotkeys you configure

#4 There are lots of ways of doing this-- capturing the window of another program where you are editing text, adding a text source that is linked to a file on your file system, capturing output from a chat program, etc.
