best video setting for mac on obs

i watched a video it was like best obs settings for mac 2016 and i copied those but it turns out my stream still doesnt look good it looks all weird i use an elgato and i livestream my xbox one
here my current setting (its a screenshot of my settings)

specs for my computer are
running macOS Sierra 10.12.1
imac 5k 27 inch
intel 3.2 ghz intel core i5
8gb or ddr3 ram

The biggest problem is that you're using an elgato on a mac.
