What are the best OBS settings for recording in 720p60fps based on these specs?
i5-3470 (it's actually pretty capable, it's better in terms of performance compared to a i3-6100 and on par performance with a i7-6700HQ
GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 (does not support nvenc encoding)
8GB DDR3
File size is not an issue
