Question / Help Best settings?

Hello all, I recently upgraded to OBS Studio from Classic, and I'm not sure how to achieve the best recording quality my computer can handle. My log is below, so does anyone know the settings that would best suit my computer to prevent poor quality and lag issues?

These settings can depend on PC builds, but good all around
