Hey am a guy ;) anyways I need BEST setting for my computer please be specific I have all the beginner settings

Ram:16GB
Processor: i5-3470 3.20 GHz
64 Bit Windows 10

Best settings for what? Streaming? Recording? If streaming, which service will you be using?

1440x900 is my monitor, too.
I use 1600x900 as cnanvas, stretching sources.
This is same aspect ratio as 1280x720.

Lanczos filter in video settings is good to avoid pixelation in quick turns, usual in FPS (CSGO, COD)

Try 1280x720x60fps with 3500 kbps
x264
Veryfast preset

Do not try over 3500 kbps unless you partner with Twitch.

If this setting lags, reduce to 30 fps.
Still lags, Lanczos --> bicubic
