Question / Help Best settings to stream on OBS Studio with my specs

Hey guys.
I've been streaming on Twitch since 2015, but I always had some "fps lag" with my games, because I think that I didn't choose the right configs for my OBS.
Now I'm going to try streaming on OBS Studio, and I would like to ask for help with the best configs so I wont have lag anymore.

My PC specs:
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-3450
  • VGA: MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5
  • RAM: G. Skill Ripjaw 8GB 1600mhz
Currently I'm streaming on my TV(it's a Samsung 40" and I can't remember the model right now) with 1900x1080 resolution, because my monitor broke but I'm going to get it fixed. It's a 19" with a 1440x900 resolution. If you guys don't mind, I would like to know which one would be better to stream, since I don't have a very powerful CPU to stream like an i7.
