Question / Help Best settings i5 6600k

Tried recording with x264 and there is too much stutter. What are the best quality settings for my setup? I used a 1070 and recorded at 1080p 60 fps but the quality sucked hard. I want my videos to have a large improvement in quality but still maintaining the fps (i have a 144hz monitor)

For recording, simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, FLV format, nvenc or software low cpu use encoder.

Why the flv format?, and which is better? the nvenc or low cpu use?Also what about quick sync? I dont care about file size I just want decent quality and fps.

Why flv format? Because unlike mp4, it can survive many different non-graceful interruptions of the recording process.
As for the encoder, you're just going to need to try them until you get one that lets your system behave the way you want it to.

For me. quick sync maintained better quality. Should I use it?

If you're using the quality preset like I told you, all three should give similar picture quality. The main difference would be the file size depending on which encoder you use.
