Question / Help Best Settings GTX 1060 6gb, 8GB RAM, i5 7400, for recording gaming

Hello guys, I'm wondering if you can help me to configure the OBS for best quality and 60fps in games for my rig
PC Specs:
=CPU: i5 7400 3GHz
=GPU: GTX 1060 6gb
=RAM: 8gb RAM
=HDD: 1TB
=Windows 10
I can tell you more informations if you need to configure
 
Try Tools, Auto Configuration Wizard and see where that gets you. Make sure you have limited the frame rates of games to 60 or enabled Vsync otherwise your GPU won't give enough time to OBS
