Question / Help Best settings for youtube streaming?

My laptop is a Toshiba P750 (few years old).. I'm not very technical but i know it has a i7, 8gb ram, Nvidia GT540M.

My internet is roughly around 15mbps down / 2.3mbps upload..

Basically the live streams just buffer/skip/pause etc.. Just doesn't work any good, Definitely not a view-able video.

You're not going to be able to use more than about 1800 for video bitrate because of your internet connection.

Any other settings I'd need to adjust ?

For 720p resolution that 1800 bitrate is enough. Dont go higher then that resolution, since you get only crappy/not smooth stream.
