Best settings for twitch streaming

since i´ve been having a some issues on certain games (phasmophobia, valorant, etc)
i'd like to know the best setting for my actual rig

CPU: i5-9400F
GPU: RX 5500 XT Gigabyte OC 4G
Ram: DDR4 PC4-21300 (2666MHz) 16gb

Use the Auto Configurator then post a log of a short streaming or recording setting
Could you explain what issues you are currently having Hard to offer advise if we don't know the issues and what OBS is doing (logs)
