Question / Help Best settings for Streaming

I'm looking to use the most ideal settings for streaming on twitch.

Right now im at 720, using 3500kbps

My setup is.
i5-4690k @ 3.50
16 gb ram,
GTX 1070

Internet is 150/150 download in KBPS is 158299

monitor is asus 3d

There are no "best settings." Please understand that every setup, for every use case, will be very different. Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary. Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having, but we will not give you a list of settings.

I'm just trying to figure out the best scenario because when i stream on 720 at 30 fps its not smooth and obviously if i up it, i have no problem. I use to stream on ps4 at 720 no problem

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
