Question / Help Best settings for streaming Overwatch 144fps

Hi, I am looking to stream Overwatch with at least 144 frames at all times.

Specs:
Geforce Gtx 1070
Intel I7-7700k
16 GB of Ram
I have 300 download and about 9 upload.

I am wondering what settings I should use to be able to do this. If u need anymore information regarding my specs let me know. Also if there are any other tricks that I should be doing to maximize quality or frames, please tell.
