I'd try 2500 bitrate usic NVEC codec so that it uses your gpu to encode instead of cpu.
And start with 720p @ 30 fps and maybe adjust depending on your Upload speed.

But with sufficient upload that should be plenty for a good looking stream and you could up to 3500 if you're upload is high enough.

i get all between 10 - 23 in upload and i have tried 3500 bitrate and ir works for me :)

Nice yeah I'd say you could do 3500 bit rate 720@30 fps easily on NVEC and maybe even give 1080p a try, but 720p@60fps might look nicer for csgo.

Dont use NVENC if your CPU handle x264. NVENC has terrible result in low bitrate.

720p 45fps at 3500kbps maximum. If you want to go to 60fps you will just add some bluriness. If you really want 60fps downscale your resolution to 616p.

yes i have been using downscaling option to 720@60 fps i assume thats the best i can get then ^^

never thought about that but will try to use x264 and see if i can see any diffrence ^^
