Question / Help Best settings for stream on youtube??

I have this specifications:
CPU: Intel Celeron E3400 2.6GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5450 512MB
RAM: 3GB Kingston 1333MHz DDR3
And 2Mbps upload

start at 480p 30fps, 1200 bitrate and adjust from there if your PC can even do that.

What if CPU usage go to more than 60-70%?

I have 8320E, HD 7950 and the same upload speed...
You're not going to get higher quality than 480p 30fps like Fenrir said.
If you're going to try putting it higher, it will just drop frames.

I already try to stream on 720p and 20fps and work fine but when cpu usage jump to 70% we have lagging on stream..

Did you try to render with your GPU, not the CPU? It might help to use hardware acceleration instead of software acceleration.
