Question / Help Best Settings for Recording Rust with decent quality?

I've been wanting to record this game for a while now but whenever I attempt to record it the game looks really glitchy and there is a lot of tearing.
Specs: NVIDIA GTX 1060 3gbs, Intel i5 6600K (Not overclocked) & 16gb of ddr3 ram.
Hope somebody can help me with this, really appreciate it either way.
