Encoder : NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (new)
Rate Control : CBR
Bitrate : 16000 kbps
Keyframe Interval : 2
Preset : Max Quality
Profile : High
Look Ahead : yes
Psycho Visual Tuning : yes
Downscale Filter : Lanczos

also 16,000 bitrate for Geometry Dash seems kinda high, try turning it down to 10,000

video isnt smooth and looks bad, i already try at 10000 and it looks even worse

Use the auto config wizard. You should not be using bitrate for recordings.
