Hi, I'm new to OBS and streaming and I've searched for this info on the forums and elsewhere but I think it's getting lost in the chaff.
I am streaming pre-recorde videos to YouTube. It's working ok but I'd like to make it better.
My Question: If have a file "Nature.mp4" that I want to stream at 4500kbs ( in preferences/output/Streaming/Video bitrate) should "Nature.mp4" have a bit rate of 4500kbs or larger or smaller or does it matter? Basically, what can I do to help the OBS encoder work better?
Let me know if I haven't made myself clear. Any help is appreciated.
