the i7 6000 does not exist. I think you mean the i7 6700
Use Simple output mode,
Bitrate: 3000
Encoder: x264
Audio Bitrate: 160
Stream to 720p30 or 720p60
To get a slightly higher quality check 'enable advanced encoder settings'
Encoder Preset: Faster (will use a lot more CPU if you are getting encoding overloaded change it back to veryfast)
