Best settings for OBS and Very grainy video

So i want to find out the best settings for my obs since the settings I already have make my video very grainy. first image is a picture of the grainy ness and the other aree just my settings

Oh I forgot to list the specs
CPU: AMD A10-7860K Radeon R7
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 6GB

see the big warning about NOT recording to MP4.. don't ignore that. remux if need be. read the FAQ/search this forum on more detailed explanation of why NOT to do that

Why are you recording at 60fps for that type of content?

It looks like you've gone into advanced settings, with understanding the choices, their implications, and their requirements. Best to start with Simple / auto-config, then adjust from there
