Question / Help Best settings for my specs?

Hey, I want to know what are my best settings for my specs, (livestreaming 720p on youtube and recording 720p)

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.40 GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR2
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 2400 Series
Motherboard: Gigabyte 945GM-S2
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 32-bit

(I want the settings for the version 18.0.1)

That's no way to treat someone helping you.
Anyway, you are going to need a new pc, that thing is ancient. The CPU is old and slow and not good enough to stream/record at any form of decent quality.

What answer are you expecting with that ancient hardware of yours? And since you respond like this, i wont give you my way of getting those settings to work on a low end system (Yes that is really good settings for your piece of crap)
