Question / Help Best Settings For My Set Up

I will be upgrading to a gaming laptop in a few weeks but as for now with my current set up, I want to know what bitrate and resolution I should stream at for the best quality I can get to Twitch, I would like to stream at 1080 with 60fps nicely if I can but I will do 720p with 30fps or 60ps if that is the better

Macbook Pro High Sierra
2.5 GHZ Intel Core i5
8GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 4000

Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard

is a good place to start. However it is doubtful that machine can do 1080p60. Choose from 720p60 or 1080p30 and I think you may be OK.
