Best settings for my PC?

Hello everyone! I’m struggling finding some good settings for the quality of my streaming in Twitch, I want (if possible) to stream in 1080p60fps some videogames or if I need to, I will stream in 720p60fps (but I need some advices to get the max from it)

Here is my PC setup:
CPU : Ryzen 5 3600XT
GPU : RTX 2060
RAM : corsair vengeance 2x8 3600Mhz
MOBO : MSI B450 Gaming Plus
Webcam: AUKEY Full HD 1080p
I have 2 monitors, 1 for gaming (1080p 144hz display port) and the other one to see my stream (old 1080p 60hz hdmi)

basically I want to stream at the best that I can, usually I’m streaming videogames with my tiny webcam in the left panel. I was struggling in its resolution, it was showing itself grainy and all, I managed to resolve (downscaling to 1280x720p) and these are my current settings:

Output:
NVEc H.264(new)
CBR
66000 kbps
Time frame 2
Max Quality
Main Profile

Video:
1920x1080
1920x1080 (no downscale in the actual output)
bicubic (16)

I was wondering also, maybe I need to search deeper: How can I use the same webcam in two different scenes without changing its resolution or else if I modify one source in one scene? I always get the changes applied to both scenes and not only one. For example, 1 big scene with only my webcam and the other one with gameplay+webcam. Everytime I modify the resolution of the gameplay+webcam it modifies also in the other scene. If you can’t answer me I’ll make another post, so that maybe we can help everyone.
