Best settings for my config/internet

hello, im new here and i want to stream using OBS;
i did a Benchmark on "https://www.userbenchmark.com/" and heres the results:

UserBenchmarks: Game 28%, Desk 79%, Work 22%
CPU: Intel Core i5-6400 - 72.3%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960 - 31.1%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 500GB - 92.8%
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB - 101.8%
RAM: Hynix HMT41GU6BFR8A-PB 16GB - 60.5%
MBD: HP 550-306nf

and here you have the results from "www.speedtest.net"
