Hello. I want too start stream H1Z1. My monitor resolution 1920x1080 but my game resolution 1600x900. What is the best settings for me 720p 60fps or 1080p 30fps? And what bitrate best for me?

Neither will look particularly good for H1Z1. Downscale to 720p30, 3000 Kbps, enable vsync in the game and configure your settings so that you hold a steady 60 FPS (i.e. your GPU doesn't max out while rendering the game).
