Best settings for lowpc specs on Streamlabs OBS

Hi. I have Intel i5 3470 3.20 GHz 8GB of RAM and NVIDIA GT 1030.Can anyone suggest me best settings for this specifications on StreamLabs OBS?

Streamlabs OBS [SLOBS] is a derivative version of OBS Studio, with the front-end hacksawed off and a webpage slapped over the top by the Streamlabs folks.
