Question / Help Best settings for local recording (for Youtube)?

Recently got an upgrade. Here's what I have:

What OBS game capture settings can get me the highest quality but lowest file size?

Use the NVENC encoder.

I did a 4-minute recording with those high quality settings and the file size was 627MB. That doesn't seem all that optimal.

NVENC creates much higher files than x264 because it trades encoding speed for quality and compression.
