Best Settings for High Res Recording

So I really want to capture High Quality games with out blury txt, grainy pixlilation. To upload to youtube using OBS and using it's freatures. *of course some streaming along the way*

What are some good settings for my current Rig.
Games like CS-GO , Garry's Mod, H1z1 Skyrim

Specs are as fallowing:

Use the recording quality dropdown box under Settings > Output (you need to be in Simple mode for this option to appear). For streaming the standard recommendation is 720p30 at 2000 Kbps and whatever preset your CPU can manage.
