Question / Help Best settings for GTX 560 TI AMD ATHLON X4 630

Hi so may I know the best full settings for my PC. It always turns out choppy and laggy when I show recording but not when I play its all smooth.

GTX 560 TI 1GB DDR5
8GB RAM
1TB HDD
AMD ATHLON X4 630 2.8GHz Processor
 
If I overclock my CPU will it help? Or can you suggest some recording softwares I Can try I already tried bandicam and xsplit
 
Overclocking may not be enough. I suggest upgrading to an i5 or wait for Zen. Alternatively, you can get a card that supports hardware encoding.
