Question / Help Best settings for a low PC + Lag Problem

Hello, I needed a lot of help setting up obs to record gameplays. I've tried over 27 settings I've seen on youtube and pages and nothing works.

I already recorded some gameplays to test and it has a lot of lag.

I don't know what information you need to help because I don't have much knowledge, so I will leave this:

Acer Aspire E5-573-32X8

Intel Core i3-4005U (1.7 GHz, 3MB L3 cache)

Intel HD Graphics 4400, up to 2136 MB Dynamic Video Memory

4GB DDR3 L Memory

500 GB HDD

Drop to 30fps, use ultrafast CPU preset. Set your canvas/output resolution to 1280x720 and 30fps and hope for the best. Not much you can do with this hardware, it is severely limited.
