Hi all!
I'm running an i7 6700k 4.5ghz with a GTX 980ti. On an SSD and with 16gigs of RAM. On a gigabit connection.
I have been able to stream at 1080p 60fps with little or no frame drops. Assassins Creed with ultra high settings.
I am using restream.io to stream to twitch, youtube gaming, and mixer.
My current settings are:
NVENC
CBR, 6000 bitrate,
Preset: Default
Profile: main
Using 2-pass encoding
Level: auto
B-frames: 2
I noticed on my stream that the quality is not as good as what i am seeing on my monitor. using x264 i get huge frame drops and delay so im stuck with NVENC.
Are there any settings i can change to improve the quality and further lower the time to process frames?
Thanks for the help, and happy holidays!
