So I'm totaly new to this and finally got my recording seamingly stable and would like to try some test streaming. Rig run down (important parts)

GPU radeon 7
Ram 16gb 3440mhz vengance pro
Native monitor rez is 1440p
Im not quite sure what I'm supposed to be looking for here. I'm looking for more of examples of people with similar setups rather then some short hand guide here
