Best setting Possible For this Type of Pc and How to fix the lag

Hi,
I am a new user of OBS and I am looking for The best setting possible with my pc because, When Irun a game(Roblox) at The lowest settings possible and OBS at 60fps it lags..
So I am just asking for the best possible setting for my type of pc

6 generation old CPU, middling RAM, and low-end GPU

drop to 30 fps and try again... not reasonable to ask old computer to game and then also encode at 60fps

Sure 30 fps will be ok at least good not worst!

A problem Encountered
At 30 fps Lags also at 20 fps doesn't lag

post a new log... though to state the obvious... you are asking a LOT of an old PC... probably too much
So, for you to use your current PC you are most likely looking at lowering hardware utilization as much as possible, meaning optimizing OBS for low PC impact (not video quality of stream) and living with the result. Which exact optimizations?... it depends
