Question / Help Best Setting For recording on a Low end Laptop

Hey guys
My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 3542 i3-4030U 4gb ram and when I record FPS goes down a lot and my recording is glowing very bright.
Games I play
KSP 60-248fps
Minecraft 20-100
When Recording
Minecraft 1-15
Ksp 6-10
