Question / Help Best setting for R3 2400g 8gb@3000 RX 570 4gb

Hi,
I've been having problems while streaming, 0 frame drops, but live its getting alot of frame drops and buffering while playing league of legends and battlefield 4, it started this week idk why.
My specs:
Ryzen 3 2400g
8GB ram @3000mhz
Rx 570 4gb

Also, i have 100mb upload.
