Question / Help Best setting for my PC specs

Hi guys, I discovered OBS recently as I was looking for a good all-around recorder. The problem is I'm just not too familiar with computer jargon. I would like to ask for your help guys what's the best setting for my computer spec (display, game recording and streaming) mostly for youtube

spec:

Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1
Manufacturer: Gigabyte
Processor: AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.70 Ghz
RAM: 4GB
64-Bit OS

Yep, Tools->Auto Config Wizard. AMD APUs are indeed pretty terrible.
You might be able to stream with the AMF encoder though.
