Best Setting for my laptop in recording and streaming

Laptop details: Acer Nitro 5 I7 12 th gen 14 core cpu 512gb ssd 1tb hdd RTX 3050 TI graphic card(4gb) 16gb ram
please suggest best setting fot this specs.
 
Run the Auto-configuratoin Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it suggest. Restart OBS and test.
