Question / Help best setting for local recording with my current rig

Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520
Video Card #2: NVIDIA GeForce 940M

RAM:8.0 GB
Operating System :Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

suggest like wise beacuse i am getting shitty frame rate and blurry video

Use the Quick Sync encoder. This will give you very little performance hit with nice quality.
