Question / Help Best setting for 1440p 120hz

I bought a 1440p 155hz monitor. I want to record, only record no streaming, in obs at 1440p and 120hz. Any of the settings I use makes the video seem at a very low frame rate. Am I missing something? What nitrate do I need to set it to, do I need to change the bitrate? Also, any other settings that would help.

I would, but that doesn’t allow me to have 120hz, I have to go into settings and do it manually. Also, it doesn’t support 1440p setting, it will for a base resolution but I have to change it so it’s also the output resolution. So I can’t do configuration wizard.

you should only change it if you know what you are doing or you get problems with the settings

I want it to be 120, but I will take 60, if the 60 is stable and I get 1440p.
