Question / Help Best recording settings

Just starting out with OBS and need some advice on the best recording setup.

I am gaming on the Acer Predator X34P @ 3440*1440 resolution.

Running the auto-config wizard gives the following results. Would these be best to stick with or change them

The finished recordings will be going on Youtube, I'm not streaming at the moment.

The idea would be to test those settings and then keep them if you are pleased with the result, change them if you are not.
