ok I want to record at 90-120 FPS but I don't know good settings

I have a Ryzen 5 2600X at 3.60 GHz, 16 gigs of ram, and an RX 580 for the GPU

Thanks for any help

unfortanately .. it depends. THis isn't my area (high fps recording, but I know the following will help)
Start with sharing what your desires/expectations are?
How much spare hardware resources do you have for real-time encoding? what encoding do you want to use (H.264, or ?) what resolution? do you have disk storage that can keep up?
Are you planning to record an entire monitor/display? are you planning overlays/filters/effects? etc

Plenty of guides out there for you to determine the settings yourself.

Leave the Output Mode as SIMPLE
Recording Quality: High Quality, Large File Size

Depending on the game you're playing recording at 90-120 FPS will nudge you near 100% load on your GPU, you need to always keep around 10-15% GPU resources free to cover the overheads of compiling the scenes/rendering.

If you come across drop frames, encoder overload, then you need to cap your frames to reduce your Hardware load.

If you run into issues then come back here with a full log of your attempt to record/steam etc and we can advise on what settings to adjust.
