Best recording settings for my PC?

I want to record games for youtube, but when I do it, the recording skips frames. I mainly play games like roblox on my computer, & I average 30 fps.
My processor is an Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 4415U @ 2.30GHz, 2304 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) with an Intel(R) HD Graphics 610 graphics card.

Here is one of my logs playing a game called Runker 51, that I get 30 fps on.

To be blunt, your system is very limited in its capabilities. Low power 2-core 4th gen CPU, integrated graphics.

The majority of your lost frames are due to rendering lag. This can be improved by running OBS in administrator mode.

You should also target 30fps for your recordings. 60fps is most likely going to cause more issues than it's worth, especially if your game isn't even going above 30fps.

Also, see if you have quicksync available as an encoder. If so, you should use that instead of x264, as that will help with both encoding and overall system performance.
