Question / Help Best Recording Settings for a Lenovo Ideapad 520?

I want to record in at least 1280 x 720 at 30fps, but would prefer higher. I'm havig tons of trouble getting lag free, decent quality recordings and I need help. Thanks!

Use simple mode, set recording quality to indistinguishable and if you want to use hardware encoder, set encoder to NVENC or QSV.

You also want to limit the in-game FPS so your GPU usage doesn't max out by enabling vsync or some other FPS limiting method and set OBS and the game to set on dedicated GPU: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Laptop-Performance-Issues

I'll try this, but I have a few issues. Firstly, this laptop doesn't have NVENC for some reason. Secondly, can simple mode record multiple audio tracks, because I will be needing this.
