Question / Help Best Recording Setting for 4K and 1080P videos. AMD R9 FURY/I7-4770K

I want to record best quality i can with my PC. 4K/30FPS and 1080P/60FPS. I'm usually playing video game and want to render the same experience i see on screen into my videos.

Here my config :

I7-4770K @ Stock for now
Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury 4GB HBM
16GB RAM
EDIT : Windows 10 ( if it's matter)
